hybaji Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "hybaji" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the hybaji online betting and casino platform operating at hybaji.asia and all associated sub-domains and services.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any registered user who has created and verified a hybaji account.
• "Account" — the individual account opened by a Player on hybaji following successful registration and identity verification.
• "Balance" — the total of real-money PKR funds held in a Player's hybaji account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded by hybaji subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times bonus funds must be staked before they are eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and document verification process required by hybaji before withdrawal or at hybaji's discretion.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee; the primary currency used on hybaji.

The maintenance of more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. hybaji employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts and will close all associated accounts upon discovery, forfeiting all balances where fraud or abuse is identified.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current. hybaji is not liable for any consequences arising from outdated registration information provided by a Player.

• All registration data must be truthful and accurate.
• You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
• hybaji may request additional verification documents before activating an account or processing a withdrawal.
• Registration is free of charge — hybaji does not charge a fee to open an account.

hybaji operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of its commitment to anti-money laundering compliance, player protection, and the prevention of underage gambling. KYC verification may be requested at registration, before your first withdrawal, or at any other time at hybaji's discretion.

Standard KYC documentation requested by hybaji may include one or more of the following:

• A valid government-issued photo ID — National Identity Card (CNIC), Passport, or Driver's Licence.
• Proof of address — a utility bill, bank statement, or official document issued within the last three months showing your registered address.
• Proof of payment method — a copy of the mobile wallet or bank account used for deposits, confirming ownership.

hybaji will process KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe. Withdrawal requests may be held pending KYC completion. Providing false, forged, or misleading KYC documents is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hybaji login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person or permit any third party to access your account.

You must notify hybaji immediately if you believe your account credentials have been compromised. hybaji is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

hybaji accepts PKR deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your hybaji account cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted based on account verification status, VIP tier, or in response to risk management considerations.

• Deposits are credited to your hybaji balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published in the hybaji cashier, subject to KYC completion.

hybaji may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered Players. All such offers are subject to these Terms and to any additional terms published alongside the specific promotion.

• Each bonus offer has a defined wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus offers are subject to time limits. Unclaimed or unused bonuses expire at the end of the stated validity period.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Certain game types — including live casino tables and specified high-RTP slots — may be excluded from bonus wagering or contribute at a reduced rate.
• hybaji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, where permitted by law.
• Bonus exploitation — including but not limited to matched betting across accounts, use of multiple accounts, or coordinated abuse — will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings.

All sports betting on hybaji is subject to the specific market rules applicable to each event, sport, and market type. General betting rules applicable across all hybaji sportsbook markets include:

• A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by hybaji's system and a bet receipt or confirmation number has been issued.
• hybaji reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has started, where live betting was not explicitly offered for that market.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (palpable error), hybaji reserves the right to void bets accepted at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the wager has already been settled.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to each market and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• hybaji may restrict betting markets, reduce maximum stake limits, or suspend an account's betting activity where unusual betting patterns are identified.
• All PSL and cricket markets are subject to the official match result as determined by the relevant governing body. hybaji does not accept protests or revisions from third parties regarding official match outcomes.
• In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, hybaji's sport-specific rules will determine settlement — generally either void (stakes returned) or settled on available result, as appropriate.

hybaji's casino lobby — including live dealer games, slots, and speciality titles — is powered by certified third-party game providers. All games use independently tested Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer products, real physical equipment operated in certified studios.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term return figures and do not represent guaranteed returns for any individual session or wager. hybaji cannot predict or guarantee game outcomes and does not manipulate RNG results.

• In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection during a live dealer round, the round may be voided and stakes returned.
• hybaji is not responsible for losses incurred due to a Player's internet disconnection during a game round, where the game outcome has been determined prior to the disconnection.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on hybaji. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Opening more than one account, or using another person's account.
• Providing false registration or KYC information.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any software that interacts with hybaji systems outside normal browser use.
• Collusion with other Players to influence the outcome of any casino game or sporting event.
• Match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on non-public information relating to a sporting event.
• Coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts or with other Players.
• Attempting to reverse deposits after receiving bonus funds (chargeback fraud).
• Any conduct intended to defraud hybaji or other Players.

hybaji is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that help Players maintain control over their activity on the platform. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all hybaji account holders:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders — Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period — Temporarily suspend access to your hybaji account for 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently exclude yourself from hybaji for a minimum of 6 months or indefinitely.
• Account Closure — Permanently close your hybaji account at any time.

Once activated, these controls are enforced immediately and cannot be reversed until the relevant time period has elapsed. hybaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Where a Player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms.

• Where hybaji has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise dishonest conduct.
• Where a Player has opened more than one account or has been linked to multi-accounting activity.

• Where a Player's account is subject to a legal or regulatory order requiring suspension or closure.
• Where a Player becomes insolvent or bankrupt, or is subject to any similar legal process.
• Where a Player requests voluntary account closure or self-exclusion.

Where an account is closed and a legitimate balance remains, hybaji will return that balance to the Player following a review period, provided all KYC requirements are satisfied. Any bonuses, pending bets, or funds obtained through breach of these Terms will be forfeited.

hybaji's liability to you under these Terms is limited as follows:

• hybaji is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform.
• hybaji's maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account in the twelve months preceding the claim.
• hybaji is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, software bugs, internet outages, or third-party payment provider failures beyond hybaji's reasonable control.
• hybaji is not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your login credentials or from unauthorised access to your account where that access results from your negligence.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits hybaji's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

All content on the hybaji platform — including software, design, graphics, text, logos, icons, images, video, audio, trademarks, and the underlying source code — is owned by or licensed to hybaji and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the hybaji platform without hybaji's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of hybaji's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence.

hybaji collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account on hybaji, you consent to hybaji's collection and use of your personal data for account operation, KYC verification, payment processing, customer support, fraud detection, and marketing (where you have consented to receive such communications).

hybaji employs industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions. However, no system is entirely secure, and hybaji cannot guarantee absolute security of your data. You are responsible for safeguarding your own login credentials.

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through hybaji's internal complaints process by contacting hybaji support via your account dashboard. If the matter cannot be resolved internally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant arbitration body, or to the courts of hybaji's licensing jurisdiction, as appropriate.
